














Neil Jones
Before co-founding Temprano Capital in 2013, Neil has held a number of senior executive and non-executive positions. In 1997, he was appointed Chief Executive of Grosvenor Europe being charged with establishing and implementing Grosvenor’s European infrastructure and strategy. He ran this business from Paris for 12 years during which he invested heavily in Spain and Portugal as well as in France, Italy and Belgium through a variety of proprietary investments, clubs, partnerships and own-managed funds. He implemented the entry of Grosvenor into Spain and Portugal in 1997 and by 2007, he had successfully implemented its exit from the Spanish market.
Since 2009, Neil has focused on establishing new businesses in geographic locations where he sees value and has experience. In 2010, he co-founded Almacantar, the London-focused developer, of which he remains a shareholder today, and from 2012 returned to his Continental European roots co-founding Temprano Capital which, to date, has focused on Iberian markets.
Neil is currently a non-executive director of Sonae Sierra and a Senior Advisor to Grosvenor Group Limited. Previously he has held a variety of non-executive directorships including of the Leducq Foundation, Majid Al Futtiaim Properties, Grupo Lar Grosvenor and Société Foncière Lyonnaise.
He is based in Madrid and speaks English, French and intermediate Spanish.

Gonzalo Carpintero
Before joining Livensa Living & Temprano Capital team, Gonzalo spent the last six years in a number of senior management positions at Radisson Hotel Group, most recently as SVP Operations and Head of Business Transformation. Before his Radisson period, he started his hospitality industry path at NH Hotel group, where he spent five years, first as Manager of Corporate Development and Asset Management, then as Director Strategic Planning for Benelux, France and UK and then holding the position of Director of Business Development and Operations. Between 2009 and 2012, he worked in the Consulting world, first in Deloitte, and then as Corporate Finance Associate in Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Once graduated in Law and Business Administration by Complutense University of Madrid, Carpintero spent a year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a Chancellor’s International Exchange Student Program on Business Administration, and then studied an MBA at IESE Business School
Gonzalo is based in Madrid and speaks Spanish and English.

Gonzalo Gómez
Gonzalo Gómez has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Livensa Living in July 2023.
He holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Business Administration and Finance by CUNEF and an MBA from INSEAD. Gonzalo brings a wealth of experience to the company, having spent the last few years in various senior management positions, most recently as CFO at Magnon Green Energy. Previously, he has worked as CFO at Altamira Asset Management and Empark, always linked to top-level private equity funds.
Gonzalo is based in Madrid and speaks Spanish, English and French.

Pavlina Chandras
Pavlina is an experienced operations manager with over 20 years of real estate management experience in international and multicultural environments, with a specific focus on value-driven asset performance optimization and customer service.
Graduated in Law from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg and The London School of Economics and Political Science, two Masters, at King’s College London and INSEAD in Paris, she began her career in the legal sector based in Greece and then entered the world of real estate investments, first at McDonald’s and then, Sonae Sierra in Athens (Greece) and Istanbul (Turkey). After that she worked for Legatus in Sao Paolo (Brazil) and finally in Urbania International, already based in Madrid. In 2020 she joined the Temprano Capital team, first with the position of Director of Asset Management, and then Chief Operations Officer (COO), overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Operations of the assets of Livensa Living student residences and flexible accommodations, operated under the Livensa Living Studios brand.
She is based in Madrid and speaks English, Greek, Spanish and Portuguese.

Jamie Rea
Jamie is responsible for development and investment within the student residence programme.
Prior to joining Temprano Capital, Jamie was co-head of Hines Spain. During his 14-year career at Hines, he led all acquisition, development and asset management activities, throughout Spain, including responsibility for the full ground- up development, asset management and disposal of a prime retail mall in Madrid. Other direct development experience included full project oversight for office and residential developments in both Madrid and Barcelona. Jamie also led a number of master planned community projects and changes of use under land option agreements.
Prior to Hines, Jamie spent 5 years as a property director at Prima Inmobiliaria (later Testa Inmuebles en Renta).
Jamie has lived and worked in Spain for 26 years. He began his property career as a valuation surveyor at Richard Ellis. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Jeremy Marcazzan
Before joining Livensa Living, Jeremy spent more than 14 years in the student housing sector working for The Student Hotel as Sales and Marketing Director and for Collegiate as the Iberian Director of Operations. Prior to this he worked in the hotel industry for Louvre Hotel and AREAS as sales manager.
Jeremy is French and has been working in Spain for 24 years. His areas of specialization centre on sales and operations in the living sector.
After 20 years in Barcelona, Jeremy is now based in Madrid and speaks French, Spanish, English and Italian.

Manuel Quesada
Manuel joined Temprano Capital Team, in April 2022. Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering degree by the University of Alcalá in 1997, and master in Electronic Engineering & Electronic Control Systems in 2007.
His vast career path has included different IT Manager positions at RED- Soluciones Logísticas Avanzadas, Hoya Lens Iberia S.A, Manz (commissioning of solar cell manufacturing facilities), and Panasonic Electric Works during almost 12 years, as well as freelance positions at some periods in between.
Manuel Quesada is an expert in Automation Systems, Networking and Process Management.
He is based in Guadalajara and speaks English and Spanish.

Ana Rica
Ana is responsible for the global legal and compliance matters at Temprano Capital and Livensa Group since January 2020.
She has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate and the renewables industry. She started her career in the law firm Landwell -PwC. Prior to joining Temprano Capital, Ana spent 20 years in legal services with Jazztel, Grupo Lar and Iberdrola Renewables.
Graduated in Law from University Autónoma de Madrid, Ana also spent a year at Freie Universität Berlin, also holding a Masters’ Degree, in Business Law, by Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
She lives in Madrid and speaks Spanish, German and English.

Victoria García-Keller
Victoria is responsible for development management within the student resident programme.
Prior to joining Temprano Capital, Victoria worked as a project manager for Gleeds in Madrid, Atlanta and New York. She has lead numerous office and residential projects and has experience in retail and infrastructure.
Victoria holds an M.A in Architecture from the E.T.S.A. Madrid and, before becoming a project manager she worked in design for several architectural and engineering firms.
She is native bilingual in English and Spanish.

Julio Pérez
Julio is responsible for controlling and planning Temprano’s Finance Department.
Prior to joining Temprano in 2020, he spent 18 years in the Pharmaceutical sector for Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie Spain & Austria and Real State for Grupo lar and Ferrovial Inmobiliaria.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from C.U.N.E.F (Complutense University)
Julio has lived in Spain, Canada & Austria and speaks fluent Spanish and English.

María Ortiz
Maria is responsible for accounting, treasury and taxes.
She developed her career in the Audit division at PwC in Madrid office. Maria has more than 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting at the real-estate sector, having held management roles in real-estate residential and hospitality real-estate companies. She holds a B.A. in Management Business Administration and Law.
She is based in Madrid and speaks Spanish and English.

Isabel Sáez
Prior to joining to Temprano Captial, Isabel spent 10 years in HR roles in Pharma, Aviation, IT and Banking.
Isabel graduated with a degree in Law and completed a postgraduate degree in HR Management and Employment Law at the National College of Ireland and at the Dublin Business School.
Isabel has lived in Ireland and Poland and she is currently based in Madrid. She speaks English and Spanish.

Juan Luis Díaz
Juan Luis joined Livensa Living recently, after having developed a career in the hospitality industry with prestigious International Hotel companies such as Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and ITT Sheraton.
Juan Luis has got over 20 years experience in various areas including Operations, Reservations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing. A fan of change and innovation, he held Regional and Global positions linked to Digital, Brand, and Loyalty Marketing across Europe.
Passionate about History, working in a multi-cultural environment helped Juan Luis understanding the various markets and audiences, how to approach them, and what is important to keep them engaged.
Juan Luis is based in Madrid and speaks Spanish, English, and intermediate Portuguese and Italian.

Irene Pfeiffer
Irene has Spanish-German nationality and 10 years of experience in the real estate investment sector. She joined Temprano Capital in 2021 as Investment Director focusing on the groups new acquisitions within Iberia and Italy.
Prior to that, Irene worked as an Investment Manager at The Student Hotel focused on the expansion of the group in Iberia of a high-volume hybrid hospitality model.
Between 2014 and 2018, Irene was part of Hines Spain concentrated on the sourcing, analysis and execution of investments in offices, retail, logistics, residential and student housing sector throughout Spain managing a variety of capital sources and investment profiles. Prior to that, Irene worked at CBRE and JLL within the hotel and retail investment departments.
Irene graduated in International Business (E-4) from ICADE – Universidad Pontificia Comillas and European Business School of Stuttgart as well as in the International Real Estate Program from IESE – University of Navarra.
Irene is based in Madrid and speaks German, English and Spanish.
