La Farga is a community shopping centre in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. It has 20,000 sqm offering a range of retail, leisure and restaurants.
Since acquiring the asset in 2013, when it was highly stressed following the financial crisis, Temprano Capital has completely repositioned and revitalised it through: renovation, adjusted tenant mix, market positioning. The centre is currently going through a major refurbishment to improve its F&B and leisure offer.
